It's actually good to not always be super quiet while a baby sleeps that way they are able to sleep anywhere not just somewhere quiet, since that's not always an option. So don't feel too bad.

My baby is the same way, sensitive to sound since birth and I tried having higher volume for him to get used to and no he just doesn't like it. He can't sleep unless it's quiet or white noise loud

I agree with @hart.momma ... I can literally have the tv on pretty loud and my daughter won't wake up. same when I make other noises around the apartment too. she's not sensitive to different sounds anymore since I've gotten her used to it. she's three months now and has been this way for a while.

@jessicarose0602, it's so nice having them sleep through everything. My son is obviously still scared of loud noises (he hates the blender & vacuum) but noise doesn't affect him sleeping.

I have never had that problem with any of my 3 kids. I've always made sure that there's lots of noise and a lot of activity going on around them so they don't get used to having to sleep in the quiet.The other day my daughter was asleep in the Moby Wrap when we were walking, a group of motorcycles drove by and it didn't phase her one bit. But I also do have a almost 4 year old and almost 3 year old that don't know the meaning of the quiet lol
