Does anyone get panic attacks and if yes how does it feel? Since the beginning of my pregnancy I would randomly have times when I had a heaviness in my chest and rapid heart beat and shortness of breath and dizziness. I thought maybe it was just a normal symptom but my mom said it kinda sounds like a panic attack. It last for a while and I just feel odd

I've felt like that too. and I don't think it's a panic attack. my doctor told me it was nothing to worry about.

ever since i had my daughter i get them once in a while , thier definetely either anxiety or panic attacks and thats exactly how they feel , they suck big time !
