Ok so its been about 4 months since we had to kick my fiances mother out of our house. She was lying to us, stealing things, she sold our crib while we were out of town and stole and sold our room mates wedding rings(They were still making payments on it too!), and on top of it she was bringing her abusive drunk of a boyfriend around. He tried to sexually assault me not once but twice and he got the police sent to our home at 4am because they got physical with each other. His mother is also mentally unstable, shes got bi-polar and a horrible anger problem where she gets physical with people for no reason. Anyways we had to kick her out, when we did we told her she had 2 months to get her stuff out of our home or we would be tossing it ( After a month of her not retrieving it by law it becomes abandoned property and we can do what we please with it). Well we gave her an extra month now, almost two months. Now shes saying that shes not showing up till the first week of october to get her things but wont tell us when and expects us to just let her walk in, rummage through the house with some dude we dont know and get her things. She wont tell us what day shes coming or what time of the day shes coming. There are a few problems here. #1. I don't feel safe alone around her so she cant be here when my fiance is not. Weve told her this and she wont listen. #2 she steals from us every time shes in the house for more than five minutes. #3 She wants to bring a stranger into our house whether or not were home. (she told us just to leave the door unlocked so she can get in. Lol no.) and #4 (the most important here) I might be getting induced the first week of october if my baby is still too small at his next growth scan. So we might not be at home for days during that week. We dont tell her anything about the baby or my pregnancy because we dont want her having ANYTHING to do with our son. Shes not even allowed to see him when hes born. If we tell her im getting induced she will show up and cause issues at the hospital....Im all for just chucking her shit out, shes had 4 months now to get it, almost 5, and has made zero efforts to actually come get it. I cant have her coming around here while im by myself and making a scene, she stresses me out and send me into panic attacks because shes tried to physically assault me 3 times now, twice while I have been pregnant. My fiance refuses to get the police involved and I dont know what else to do considering i dont own the home, my fiance does. I dont know what to do. What should I do?
