went to the chiropractor today and he was so nice and understanding. he immediately found the cause of my migraines (needed a neck adjustment) and told me I have a pinched sciatic nerve with possible disk degeneration (which is why I have been getting worse over the last 8 years) in all that time no one has been able to tell me what is wrong and to have it answered after 15min of questions and an evaluation is amazing. He said after I have CJ I should probably get an mri to see how bad the degeneration is but he adjusted my back and it feels better than it has in years
