i keep seeing everyone getting their BFP and I'm still here after 12 months with nothing 😢 i don't…

I'm actually seeing that people get pregnant when they stop trying. I'm guessing that's because their stress levels go down and they relax. When you're trying you're so focused and worried about everything and making sure everything is perfect. Letting loose seems to be the way to go because you're not as stressed and so focused on what should be and shouldn't be, but it sucks because it takes so long for some women 😔 Stress can cause fertility issues. I try not to stress, but it's difficult.

I think the main focus is to not be stressed. Stress messes with your cycle. If your constantly worried sbout it can cause complications. Not to be rude or nosey but how do you know its you with the problem?

it does and I'm trying to do that but i haven't always stressed about it, we're gonna try and have sex every day and see what happens, no tracking, nothing. i go to a fertility specialist on the 4th so that will help too @ttcmylovebug

we haven't checked him but he doesn't have a reason for it to be him, he's young and healthy and nothing runs in his family to where he would have a low sperm count @2queenbee9

I understand. I really hope it happens soon for you. Twelve months is a long wait😕 There are so many things that can mess up sperm count in the men. You just never know. I'm not trying to make it seem like it is him though! Checking up with a specialist like you said will definitely help. I wish you the best of luck!

You are also young. I think before blaming yourself or anyone because you guys arent to blame for this is ridiculous .You should look at the full picture. Anything is possible. I work in a doc office with a 24 year old kid on Viagra because he has issues so you never know. Once you check both of you then you can make an informed decisions. I hope the best for you guys in the future. Don't give up!

Don't let yourself get down and out. Just work on being happier and clear your head. Stress will cause no good in TTC. Have patience and your time will come. I understand how hard it can bc I am in the same boat as you. It sometimes I just have to remind myself not to worry, that when the time is right I will be blessed with the most beautiful child 💕 so just keep those things in mind

Try pre seed they sell it at Walmart and the menstrual cup. Search in Google . "How to conceive with the menstrual cup" those 2 things helped me get pregnant on the first month I used them both!!

we always assumed me to be the problem with it taking us so long to get pregnant. we got my husband a sperm analysis and he ended up having high viscosity, and he's perfectly healthy and nothing runs in his family. it could be something other than a low sperm count. it's worth it to get him checked

i tried for 5 years and it just never happened and right after i stopped trying it happened nowni have a healthy 5month old daughter and another on the way.... but getting your SO checked out could be a good idea if your healthy... don't lose hope...
