when you do the diabetes test , do you get results the same day?

I took my test very late when I was about 32 weeks and I got the result 3 days after

I never got my results back. They usually say no news is good news.

You usually get your results faster if you fail like the next day but if your normal you may not here what your results are until your next appointment

You chug a bottle of juice, wait an hour (bring a book or fully charged phone) then they take your blood.

Your blood sugar levels would be above a certain threshold which means you fail. you can always call and follow up with the doctor.

Correct. blood sugar levels, but with me they did anemia and some other tests as well. I had a few vials taken.

If you have your lab order slip, they should have marked off the tests you are going for

@emily18234, well i actually haven't gone in for the slip. they usually do my blood work at my doctors office. i don't think i've got an anemia test done yet

CBC is usually done the first initial set of tests. however, I got diagnosed with anemia during that first batch, so they did a recheck to test the levels

CBC is the blood count and GTT is your glucose test

I couldn't tell you all the tests I've gotten done, my daughter is your months old, it's been a while and I had so many tests done and other stuff I never questioned it after a point lol
