I'm EBF Iv looked online but it has dif answers, how long after a drink (wine) can I resume breastfeeding? Wanting to know for this weekend I will be pumping before hand anyway x

I'm not 100% but I'm sure I heard that if you are under the legal limit for driving you are fine to bf. Only tiny amounts goes into your milk. Don't take this for certain though, I couldn't breast feed for more that a couple of days, but my sister in law did. X
