I've always been team epidural due to my pain tolerance. But since last night I'm really thinking about going all natural but I'm shaking in my boots just thinking about it !! I respect all you mamas who done all natural births. Now tell me your stories. Encourage me !!!

You can do it mama! You can get through the pain and hold your precious baby, it's well worth it. And I believe that when the baby comes out, you can hold him/her. @amaperalta03

Practice some breathing techniques and visualization every day to prepare. It's tough but with those 2 things you can do it! I had epi with first and natural this time. Recovery was crazy fast this time. And it was actually easier to push her out being able to feel it, it was quick. I think with the epi it's hard because you only feel pressure, you can't really tell if you're pushing or how hard.

My midwife told me to blow raspberries when a contraction hits. It relaxes your muscles and helps the body do its work. I've never had an epidural so I can't compare recovery times, however I was walking around pain free after an hour. My labor was 24 hours long and my son was 8.2lbs

Natural birth is amazing ! It sooo good feeling when you Push out the baby and hear the first cry after all the pain . You feel immediate relief ! Physically and Mentally . To get through the pain , ask to take a Shower & Walk around , stand up & hold on to your Support , Breathe and the most important part is to pray .
