I have ta force myself to drink water n again... I luv water but tht was one of the thinks that instantly made me nauseous... so I strayed away n keep Powerade n juice or unsweetened tea... but I have nt just drank pure water in almost a week or so.... so I am determined to drink it today... but it's making me gag all ova again 😔😔😔 ima talk to mi dr until then any suggestions??
