ok ladies ,FTM I'm 32 weeks pregnant and me and hubby had sexual intercourse like 2 hours ago ... I'm having these horrible period like cramps in my lower abdomen , they were light and dull but now there getting really unbearable kinda and frequent , not to mention lately when I've been sitting on the toilet to pee it feels like somethings trying to push out ... I've been laying on my left side drinking water but it's not helping none .. is this normal ?

Kind of just try not to be so rough next time. Just watch for serious bleeding.

I would call the doctor especially if the cramps are getting more painful and more frequent....

Happens to me every single time! trust me it's normal unless your bleeding bright red blood then that isn't normal. But when it first happened to me, I was so scared I went straight to L&D and they said it's completely normal. and I've been there 4 times for contractions after sex lol. never once we're they concerned, they always sent me home and the contractions stopped a few hours later. Don't stress momma!☺️
