Okay moms, with older children, I need a little help, my husband and I decided to take in my brother who is 12, he's a great kid does good in school... but has the worst time doing chores.. I mean we got him his own cell phone, be has a nice ass room, his own bathroom.. this kid is well taken care of.. I don't wanna be the "mean big sister" but can some PLEASE tell me what I can do to get this boy to stick to his chores and helping around the house, I've tried taking his phone and tv away but then he's up my ass 24/7 and I give it back so I can have some time to myself... any tips?
