Is it normal for the vaginal stitches to hurt really bad and to feel the pain on your behind as well? Also I have extremely bad cramps, Similar to the contractions, Is all this normal? Last time I had a C section so I have no experience with all of this.

Yes but now when I look back I'm like I could do that again for my son! So worth it!
Yeah they usually never are. Mine started the last day of August around late afternoon and weren't bad but by nighttime till the morning I was up all night not one min of sleep. I was like yep this is it. Wake up to my water leaking, go in, they send me home, why? Idk! So later that day I was continuously leaking so I was like no I'm going back, and then they said it was my water so the rest I spent in the hospital getting induced! Lol fun fun!
@jaxmama, That's crazy! My whole labor was only about 10hrs left, and the beginning contractions weren't as bad
@bolden16, Pushing is definitely better. I felt no pain pushing with the epidural, it truly is magical lol. Thank you so much
Yes yes yes! That part was the worst pain for me out of everything and I was in labor for 3 days!
All of its normal. Sucks I know! But it gets better in 2 weeks tops! Sitting on cold packs help with the stitches.
Oh okay I was asking because I've had 2 c sections and never experienced pushing and wanted to know which one hurt most, thank you and congratulations I hope you get well soon!!@karennn
@bolden16, C section hurts more, You can barely move because any movement makes it hurt plus you have to sleep on your back the whole time. With regular pushing you feel absolutely nothing if you get the epidural, and these stitches hurt but I can do way more than I could with my c section scar
Thank you everyone I'm just a bit worried! I don't want them to get infected or anything. @kaileenicole16 @alfysmommy @shayyliynn
It's normal! It gets better I barley feel my stitches now but at first they hurt sooo bad.
Having the same pain if you are breastfeeding they say it can still cause ur uterus to contract😩
which one hurt most, c section or pushing?
All normal!!!! I was the same way. I couldn't take the cramps I think they hurt more than my contractions. Breastfeeding didn't help either!!! I was in tons of pain but it got better a week after.
@jaxmama, that's true they really are worth it
