UPDATE:

I had to take them to the ER as a safety precaution. They've been spitting up most of their milk after every feeding, making feeding longer & they've been sleeping a lot so their nurse wanted to make sure they weren't dehydrated or having any blood sugar issues.

They seem fine to me & are acting normal when awake. So far everything has cane back normal as well, they're just monitoring them to make sure they don't/didn't miss any signs of a virus.
