New mommas:: I need a good supportive nursing bra(that I can wear to work as a secretary @ daycare)- what would you recommend?

CSection mommas: what kind of pants did you find most comfortable? I'm a month out and still living in yoga pants. The jeans I have sit right on my scar and tight pants feel weird on my numb belly.
