yes, I can't use the standard 25, I used the middle size of 28 my nipple is kinda large lol

@riahlala3, I can use medela parts with the spectra too so I'm just waiting, in still able to pump out, but I know it will be better one it fits properly. all based on nipple size breast size doesn't matter

@riahlala3, it comes with standard 24 mm and larger size.. I have big breasts but my nipple is smaller..

oh ok I worried about size that's why my choice when ordering through insurance was the ameda because it came with 3 different sizes and extra bottles
