Right ladies.
My daughter has this waterproof fleecy school jacket that I paid nearly £40 for, which has the schools logo on it. Her name is on the zipper, and hers is practically new. and at the end of term last year the jackets got mixed up and she's ended up with a similar one but it's got a little boys name on the zipper and it's all scruffy. Now I've been in contact with the mother and 3 times she's fobbed me off with "oh I'll need to look it out" ... I've just came across this on Facebook and it's literally made me livid 😐
HIS jacket?! Mate I've got HIS jacket in my god damn cupboard!
Any ideas how to proceed?

Yeh message her or take the jacket with you & speak to her at the school gates. You don't have to be rude but sometimes confrontation is the only way. Make sure people don't walk all over you.
