I can't stand my doctors office they won't start checking to see if I am dilating until 38 weeks😡...…

You can request to be checked n they have to they cNt say noy

Mine checked when they did the group b test but then they said they wouldn't check again til 40. Which I think is really dumb. I'm gonna try to request too.

that is dumb because you could be dilating and not even know it like the baby could be preparing itself to come 38-40 weeks is way to long @nicipicky

Yea mine dont check till 38 but i had them check at 35 and at 37 im 2cm 30?faced so yea yall dont b afraid to tell them to check trust they not gone tell u no

Cause now 39 is considered full term. So there is no reason to check for dilation till then only if your having signs of labor

I had my son at 37 weeks. my labor started at 36+4. so this time around I will be asking for checks. you should be able to request it

My doctor didn't check at 36 weeks either and I went into labor three days later

I was 8 cm dilated when I got to the hospital

I am because 38 weeks is way to far away and I want to have a clear mind by the same time I was checked with my first daughter @jessicruz

you have the right to request it. some people may go farther than their previous pregnancies but some go around the same time. good luck ❤
