So my sons daddy is coming to see him today and I'd actually like to get out and do something with the baby. I just don't wAnt my ex to feel like I'm trying to go out with him... It's just baby and I are a package deal ( he's 3 weeks old and breast feeding ) so mommy goes where baby goes. I just thought it'd be nice to get out of the house. Is it weird for mom and dads to do things with their kids even though they aren't dating anymore?

I don't think so. plus little man has to eat!! 🙄 at least he is wanting to spend time with him. I know of a lot of dad's who don't want anything to do with their children. my dad included.

Yes, I am glad he wants to come down and see him. It's a shame when dads don't because they miss out on something really great, but it's there loss. Some guys are just deadbeats 😶@jessicarose0602

exactly, it's sad. my fiance is so involved in our daughters life, it's amazing. knowing how my dad was when I was younger, and then seeing my SO as a daddy, it's like the exact polar opposite, no joke! everyone comments to him how he's doing such a great job. it's awful when dad's don't care, the baby is the one suffering if both parents aren't in the picture.
