I need to just talk.... about 4 days ago my twin sister called, I thought just to speak to her nephew but I was wrong, back story she's had the birth control that goes in your arm for almost 3 years now and was diagnosed with pcos about 2 years ago, she was having excruciating pain in her abdomen (thought maybe it was her appendix) she went to the ER and they ran some tests, they did a pregnancy test and it came back positive, they then did an ultrasound and found out its an ectopic pregnancy.... needless to say she is devastated..... what can I say to her to help her through this???? I've had 4 miscarriages but I've never gone through an ectopic pregnancy.... I need advice 😢😔
