this is just a quick one I found in my book. I would also suggest going to Google and looking at a couple different recipes and just coming up with your own thing that's what I usually do

if you want to do something really really fast you could get some tomatoes and blanch them. so you cut a thin Little X in the bottom of the tomato and then put it in boiling water for a little bit until the skin starts peeling a little bit. take them out. should place in a ice bath (cold water and ice) and then you peel off the skin of the tomato and blend it up and then cook it down and add all your spices and you may want to ise tomato paste for extra the flavor.

Put some ketchup on them

could chop up and onion and saute it and blend that in as well
