you're not supposed to take baths if you've dialated... at least that's what my obgyn told me.

@ceeasquared, I've been told to not soak in a bath when your dilated and I honestly have no clue if I'm dilated or not so I'm not gonna risk it .

@cubanese, I semi panicked and then had the same thought. Like wait I'm using a birthing tub lol and when I soak I don't use bubbles or anything

As long as your water hasn't broken, you should be fine taking a bath, even if dilated. I took baths up until the day before I went to the hospital, and I was at 1cm
