I don't think you see much growth within 1 week.... I think if they are testing viability usually they look 2 weeks apart

top one was almost 6w and a few days later

no heartbeat on the first one, measuring 6w1d so they set up another ultrasound three days later and baby was bigger and had a heartbeat😍
