so I just started experiencing a sharp pain in my vag area, a pain like I get in my lower back. they both just hit me. I'd been relaxing on the couch after working all day. and when I got up and got on my yoga ball to help my hips i couldn't sit on it because all of a sudden I got this shooting pain in my bag and groin area, I cant sit, I couldn't stand and rock my hips. I'm currently having to lay in bed and not move. it's an excruciating pain. is something wrong? or is this normal?
