I had this done and my arm hurt for a week after was so sore and I was the same as u worried it would harm baby but she said ever since brought out this vaccination they have had lots less deaths to new borns apart from the sore arm I am fine

i totally agree with @mrsmowmow as a nurse im seeing more and more patients with illnesses we thought we had got rid of with vaccines but because one person wrote a totally ill researched article these illnesses are now becoming prevalent again. my son is 3 months old, i had the flu jab and whooping cough and he has had 2 lots of his immunisations and has never been ill up to this point. yr protecting yr baby by having/giving them these things and thats why theyre offered. also it not only protects yr child but protects others too cuz the more ppl who have these vaccines the more we as a population are protected so these illnesses die out x

I had whooping cough vaccine both pregnancies & didn't affect me at all 😊 I try to understand people that choose not to have them. However I think the benefit of having them far out ways deciding not to! Because an idiot made a stupid article how their supposedly linked to autism etc Thousands of parents have decided against vaccines. Hmm. I would much rather my child be alive, whether they have a learning disability or not. It was disproved but it's done a lot of damage! Just makes me sad 😏

It shouldnt make you or the baby ill :)It is supposed to protect the baby when its born for whooping cough. Whooping cough can be fatal to young babies hun! So its really important that they are protected now :) Xx

don't panic too much bbe, u making it harder for baby by always being stressed over little things so just relax sweety and be more positive baby can feel what mother feels not what they use trust me baby is well protected in they bubble 😉 I have been getting my nails done, been through taking my tooth out when I was early weeks I have been using shower soap that I was using before my pregnancy I eat what I like and I had a flu and my baby boy is very healthy and midwife happy with my pregnancy. So stop over thinking hunny and enjoy ur pregnancy. No one would never tell u to do something if that will end up putting u or baby at any risk. we all going through the same thing and what ever u getting done during this pregnancy all mummy's here had it done already or will be doing the same thing very soon. so don't stress just talk to us... hope I helped u a little to relax u can inbox me any time u want I'd anything bother you 💋💋💋💋 stay calm bbe ❤🙏

I really hope il be doing the right thing. I think im just traumatised from my past. It may sound drama queen ish but before all the bad stuff happened to me i would be constantly askin doctors what the right thing to do and believing everything they told me but now i panic about someone sneezing near me. I go home and spray tree oil near me and disinfect every someone else has touched.

Honestly iv had such a bad experience with doctors and hospitals in the past i get nervous with them and think they don't know what they are taking about. Iv been trying to do everything natural for lord knows how long. I haven't even been using normal soaps I would've used because i don't want baby to have all nasty chemicals to go to her. I try and use mostly natural and organic stuff. But i think its right thing to do to get a jab. Glad to hear you was okay after yours@genieh! I am getting it done this Wednesday! My sister in law is medic and she said it helps ur baby in the future and it helps the mother aswell 😊😊 so don't worry they wouldn't offer u anything that can make some bad effect on ur baby xxx

I had mine last week and haven't been ill at all! My arm was sore for a couple of days but that's it! And don't know about growth but I've been feeling plenty of movement! X

just got to remember they wouldn't offer it if there was a risk of harming your baby, it's there to help your baby 😊 xx

I've had it with both pregnancies, felt fine afterwards both times, my oldest was born at 8Ib 10ozs so certainly didn't effect his growth x
