Have any of you moms had something come up in the Anatomy scan? My ob said there was this one spot that pop up and that it bring up a red flag for them and baby girl might have down syndrome but it also might not be anything to worry about I have a another one in 4 weeks to check or i can go get blood work also if it is still there or we can wait to see when she is born.

on mine they couldnt find one of the heart artery or something so i have to have another one on the 27th

My blood work with Macie said she had a higher risk for downs. On the ultrasound they didn't see a nasal bone. That was a pretty big red flag so I got the next round of testing done and Macie is fine. No downs, healthy and happy little girl. Don't worry until you know for sure. Which I know is impossible, but worrying and stressing is hard on baby too

I got blood work done earlier in my pregnancy that pretty much said that my baby wasn't going to have Down syndrome. and my 20-week scan went normal I think...

at 18 weeks they said they couldn't find get nose bone...but I has blood work done and it was negative for down syndrome and I got a second opinion and he said I was find. so pray on it and do the bloodwork

Yes on my antimony scan they also found a red flag and told me my baby might have down syndrome ,I did the blood work and everything can back ,negative thank God

they found both of his kidney dilated during 20 weeks anatomy scan which is a soft marker of down syndrome.. then it corrected itself after birth.. now he is a healthy 1 month old..

@lillysmommy, The anatomy/growth scan was when they found my sons heart defects. Because of his type of defects, we decided to do an amnio to test for DiGeorge syndrome. I had already done the blood test for DS and trisomy etc. they came back normal. The amnio came back normal as well. We found the heart issues early and can now monitor them. Don't stress over unknowns, ask to speak to a genetic counselor if you have questions (they put my mind at ease). I am here if you want to talk! Good luck!
