Does anyone else find braxton hicks uncomfortable? I thought you weren't supposed to really feel…

No they make me breathe through them there that strong

Ahh good, I'm sure ive asked you this before @suzie80 🙈 sometimes they're so tight I have to stop what I'm doing 😳

Yup and they get stronger and more frequent well they have for me. I was driving earlier and had to slow down as I got such a strong one squeezing the life out of me and period cramp I was deep breathing through it. I can't walk through mine either. Everyone knows when I'm having them as I suddenly go quiet and Am deep breathing through them. I look like im@in labour when im out and about lol
