what do you mean ? like length or time wise ? because when i was in labor with my daughter they started at only 30-40 seconds long and every 2-4minutes but about 2 hours before i had her they lasted a minute long and were about every 1-2 minutes. just depends on what stage of labor your in.
well if you want to progress labor i suggest having sex thats what made mine go from 10 minutes to 5 minutes apart. I had sex in the morning had my daughter the next morning. 😂

I been having contractions since this morning they are consistent but not progressing went from 10 minutes apart now 7 minutes apart @ninanicole2
