Just had some cinnamon tea about an hour ago and aving some contractions and baby girl is moving like crazy! My stomach on the other hand hates me 🙁 I do have to say cinnamon tea is very good with honey and sugar!

Well cinnamon tea apparently just makes me puke lol.
Alright well guess I'm done with that.
Okay so I just read about this cinnamon tea to help move labor along boil some water with cinnamon or cinnamon stix until it turns brown and add honey or sugar and make sure it's sweet enough. It actually not that bad I going to drink two cups one now and one around 4-4:30
