I do it at least 30 times a day I also bought a breathing monitor and it will alarm if my daughter stops breathing or breaths irregular x

I do this! Or put my hand on her chest so I feel it! Used to put my hand under her nose to feel her breathing when she was a newborn but that really just annoyed her 😂
