some doctors say you can lift what you are used to lifting, because I had the same concerns with lifting the children at my job. and some say no more than 25-30 lbs. i say go off how you feel, I had a lot of back pain early in my pregnancy from lifting kids constantly so I stopped. do what you think is best! 😊

for now, yes but when you get more bigger now. just remember to lift with your legs not your back

Generally nothing over 20lbs unless doctor says otherwise. Sometimes they don't even want you lifting that in some circumstances.

It depends. person by person basis. I still go to the gym and everything. I lift more than 20lbs with MY kids alone.
