I've had this so bad and it's finally starting to get better... I went to Walmart and got wrist braces that helped A TON. and using ice packs actually helped me more than heat. Then after I had my baby, ibuprofen was my best friend. I only used my wrist braces at night because I needed to care for my baby during the day and they made it difficult to hold her. But I had a friend who used compression gloves 24/7 and she said that worked for her. I'm so sorry you're going through this, it was by far my worst pregnancy symptom.

@ash621, I have a wrist brace for my right hand and I tried wearing it and I'm just too swollen so it doesn't really fit without discomfort and irritation. I seriously just wish I had the money for a chiropractor or for a massage bc I just hate this

Here's the glove my friend used, maybe it's a better option than the brace because of your swelling. They have different sizes. I'm so sorry @michelle2220 😢

@ash621, I'll have to try it but I feel like my anxiety would skyrocket with it bc I get horrible anxiety with things around my wrist for too long. I hate it so much. I just wish it would go away and I could feel my hands. it makes me sad when I can't really do my daughters hair for school bc I can't feel my hands in the morning :( I'm gonna ask my midwife today what to do bc it's just horrible

You can buy a wrist guard at Walmart, target or rite aid when I was pregnant my wrist would go numb so I would use them
