Mine is at 1:00 too. I have to be there at 11:00. I'm worried about the no food or drink. I become a different person without at least food!😂@saracook

What's a binder? I'm going in on Monday. And @saracook how did you do with no food or drink after midnight (if that rule applied to you).?

I'll ask my nurse for a binder thing the pillow thing didn't do much. I had the c section Tue around one

About 2 weeks for me as well. An abdominal binder was my best friend. Made moving around so much easier

My scar took about 2 weeks @saracook

The next day @saracook a pillow will become your bestie when you do anything hold that pillow to the incision and apply light pressure
