At least I'm not the only one lol. I really want to know.

I started it at 30 weeks with the ok from my doctor. I inserted one vaginally every night and took one orally every morning. At 32 weeks, I started inserting 2 at night and taking 2 orally. By 34 weeks, I was 50% effaced. At 34, I was inserting 3 and taking 2 orally. At 36 weeks I was 90% effaced. At 36 weeks, I started inserting 4 😱 then stopped using EPO at 38 weeks and now I'm still 90%. I lost my mucus plug at 36 weeks because of the thinning. I'd say it worked for me! I'm not yet dilated though. I wish I hadn't stopped taking them.

I've been taking them orally for a week and orally and vaginally since Sunday and I have no effacement or dilation yet. But I feel like it hasn't been long enough for results.. it is suppose to help with preventing tearing too though so hopefully it works for that! Cause that's my biggest fear!

I won't be taking them orally bc I have a hard time swallowing pills. How many are you supposed to use vaginally. I want to start at 36 weeks. @agastinamarie

I started with one but now I'm doing 2... to be honest I'm struggling to get them way up there cause my cervix is high and my belly is constricting lol so I've been doing two for some reassurance! Lol

Oh gosh!!! I've read that some women poke a small hole into the pill so that it will leak out. Either way I'm getting some of those to try it. @agastinamarie

@leonandmarleighsmommy__, they pop and leak out either way so I would just skip the poking the hole process... they pop pretty quickly once they are up there! I would definitely recommend a panty liner and laying down for the night afterwards! It will come out!
