No I'm not, I start using Huggies Wips maybe 2 weeks ago yes I put him some diaper cream but I don't know why he have that @housfullofgrls

But diaper rash ointment on and let him be naked for a while.

Diaper rash ! Use a layer of hydrocortisone, and then aquaphor in top that !

What @ginabee93 said. My baby has very sensitive skin and with a poopy diaper he gets like this quick. So I let him air it out when he's like this
