Does raspberry leaf tea help induce labor? My midwife gave me the okay to try and self induce. Please don't recommend Castro Oil.

@aiellomorgan, I just picked up some evening primrose oil capsules too! I'm so determined to not go past my due date this time lol. We'll see what happens!

Did you get a breast pump? Nipple stimulation is known to work wonders! If you don't have a breast pump.... Well you gotta do it the old fashion way and do it for a long time. But if you have a breast pump just pump for 5-10 mins at first and go from there. Any colostrum you lose, store it in the freezer, and you body will make more.

It doesn't put you in to labor, it is just supposed to help ripen your cervix.

I keep reading mixed things about it @andrealee. I suppose it's worth a try. Is there a specific brand? Can you get it at Walmart?
