I swear things can't get any worse! :( We got a note on our front door today saying we have to move by November 1st or an eviction will be in process because my sister in law and her husband and their 2 kids live with us! Mind you we have a 3 bedroom town home and the youngest child is a baby so she's still in the room with her parents! Now I don't understand why we would be getting kicked out like that! Ugh! we have no money right now and our bills are backed up! This is the last thing we need! :(

are they on the lease? if they aren't then you are breaking the lease.

they gave more time than they legally have to.

we told the landlord but no they aren't on the lease..the landlord should have told us that they needed to be on the lease..and the reason why they are giving us so long is because our lease isn't up until November 1st..

that all most happen. to me last month if there not on the lease you have to fix the problem or be on the street... but I kick the person out so me and my daughter has are place still
