My husband and I are college sweethearts and have been together for over 8 years. we were finally married in November 2015! Little did either of us know that we would become pregnant shortly after. With both of us coming from huge families, we were never in a rush to have children and wanted to build a good life together before introducing another into this world. In January 2016 i had begun seeing a new gyno and he was fabulous and very personable with us both. Dr. Klein asked if we wanted children and we told him that we weren't planning anything and if it were meant to be then we would be thrilled! That week we found out that I had an eroded cervix and began treating it right away. I was afraid it would interfere with us having children later on. After a week of treatment, my period never showed and another week went by so I decided to buy a pg test. Well, after 3 positives and crying tears of joy on the toilet by myself... I decided to surprise my hubby! I wanted to be certain so i went and bought 3 more but different brands and all positive!! Oh how I wish I would have recorded my hubby's response. It was so sweet and funny. Now, nearly 9 months later, we are getting ready to welcome our little Amelia Rose into the world!! The funny thing about telling our friends and family, is that I found out my best friend was pregnant, too! God does work in mysterious ways!
