I am so excited to get fit after pregnancy. I promised myself that when I have my baby I will always remember to make myself and my health a priority. I figure that this week I'll start meal prepping and cutting out shit and hopefully be able to start working out after 4 weeks. But at least I'll be walking and changing my my eating habits until I start training😝😏. I'm hyped for this challenge. When did you mommies begin working out after giving birth?



started home workouts a week postpartum. still doing that now, hopefully be able to go to the gym soon
I took walks with Ajani since he was a week old. I'd either walk through the house on cold days or walk around outside when the cold lifted. When he was about 4 weeks old, I started on the stationary bike. I had to work thru a birth injury tho.
