Lol so Google gave me this answer on what labor pain feels like. What did it feel like for those who have had babies already? I'm just curious. If this is the case for me, sounds like cake. My period cramps were a lot more severe than normal and I had to go to the ER a few times because of how bad they hurt and was prescribed Vicodin (I believe that's the correct kind, it's been quite a few years) but yes I'm not worried about how painful it is, just curious as to what it compares to or if it'll be a whole new level of discomfort

I'm biased because I had a slowwww back labor....excruciating. ...and the ring of fire omg. not intended to scare u but to prepare u for possibilities.

it was a whole new level of discomfort for me...I asked for IV pain meds around 2-3 cm & still felt them, then got the epidural at 4 cm & my pain was gone instantly. lol at first the contractions weren't that bad, kinda like period cramps on & off.

I went natural and I think they're exaggerating how painless it is. To me, it was nothing like period cramps, it was excruciating like 👆🏽 said

@newlywedmama21, what's the ring of fire? Lol I don't scare easily, especially since I'm not expecting it to feel like nothing but it's going to happen no matter what so I'm not worried.

@heatherlg88, Yeah girl, I'm getting an epidural too no matter what lol. Plus it's different for everyone, however hoping i don't end up feeling like I'm going to die haha

it was not fun but bearable. it hurt, but i was able to breathe through contractions, however i insisted that noone talk to me during contractions. i "shush"ed my mom multiple times. lol

@snozzberries, ring.of fire is when the head comes out....feels like somebody poured gasoline on ur hooha and struck a match
