We're your contractions in your lower belly or high or just all over when going into labor? I'm trying to get an idea so I'm not making a big deal about every little ache or cramp. I'm psyching myself out way too much over here.

Mine were all over and they started as a dull pain and it intensified before it was over.

That's good to know! I've been dismissing any upper abdomen pain cause I was thinking it was going to be just lower and lower back! @imhermomduh

Mine were in my back and hips and like @imhermomduh said they would get worse before they ended!

@agastinamarie, they were and my lower belly too but it hurt worse in my hips and back!
