What birth control is best to use? I was thinking of maybe tying my tubes after this baby but then at the same time it's a bit scary because I'm only 22 years old and I have thought maybe later on I want a third child. So maybe I should just stick to a good birth control now.

I'm super forgetful too so when I'm on the pill I post sticky notes where I can see them. Like take your pill on the bathroom mirror lol. I heard depo is the worst though. @kenitra @kiaaaaj I'll be going back on too
@geekymomma13, Yeah a lot of them do. The depo shot gave me horrible headaches and I gained weight, I regret using it. The only plus side of it was not getting periods, but that's probably why it gives me headaches.
Thank you everyone. I will be discussing with my doctor after having the baby to see. I'll try the pill, I just don't want anything that'll give me bad side effects.
honestly i plan on him wearing condoms. the implant ones can move, scary thought. and the pill had me bleeding for 3 weeks til i said fuck it im not dealing with this plus it makes your body think its pregnant so you could gain weigh, have acne or some other symptom. i dont plan on ruining my body with hormones so he can nut in me. he dont wear a condom then sex will be a no go till he does
@karennn set an alarm to take it , thats what I did , it helped out a ton , I prefered mines at night bc it was no forgetting I put it in my pillow case
Well it's such a small pull you can swallow it without water. Just put it by your toothbrush or somewhere you won't forget it. Put an alarm on your phone same time every day - that's what I do for my vitamins during pregnancy!

@kenitra, I'm very forgetful sometimes even when I put alarm for things so that's why I get scared to use the pill lol
@ceeasquared exactly the pill is the only thing I've ever taken I got pregnant bc I stopped by choice but it worked while I was on it ! lol
@ceeasquared, Well that's true. At 40 my mom was denied because they said she had the ovaries of a 20 year old and could have more kids. She was like my kids are adults, I'm done having kids lol. I am sometimes forgetful that's why I don't trust myself with the pill. I have tried the depo before for 6 months and it was aweful, made me gain weight and always gave me headaches. And I'm scared of the IUD because I've heard so many bad things about it.
For me it's no contest - the birth control pill like @ceeasquared I've been on it since I was 15 for severely heavy periods and I have never once gotten pregnant while taking it. I actually got pregnant 3 weeks after stopping it with this baby!
I'd be surprised if anyone would tie your tubes. I was 24 and had one of each and they told me I didn't meet the criteria for tube tying because of my age. That its medically unethical. I always liked the good old fashioned pill
I use sticky notes or my husband for appointments and my daughter's stuff too lol @ceeasquared . Yeah it's horrible, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Although everyone's different
