@2queenbee9, @housfullofgrls I've talked to him about it and he said he will make sure he splits his time between the game and our son but I feel like he's just saying that to get me to shut up. I don't want him to quit playing, it's his passion, but it seems to be the only thing he cares about.

Put your foot down. Help when I ask you to help, or your game will be out the window

Well he doesn't have to quit his passion but right now is critical bonding time for a father. he should set it aside and put his child first then once you all are taking care of and the baby is on a schedule he can play

but trust me when ypu are waking up evverynight by yourself feeding and changing and calming your baby and he is knocked out because he stayed up all night playing a gsme and can't help you or gets pissed when ypu ask for help. it's gonna be a different story and you will resent his passion

Mine wasn't a video game, it was music and studio time. so i understand

me and my husband love gaming. but we know kids and other responsibilities go first. if we need a break i will handle the stuff n he plays or if i need a break he will handle the stuff and i play. or we wait til night. we lose sleep but hey thats what happens when u have kids but want time to have fun

would it be the new call of duty game? 😒 that comes out around my due date and my husband has already preordered it and talked about going to get it at midnight when it comes out lol

We're both big time gamers in our fam. My hubby just plans on playing whenever our little one is sleeping. Cause newborns sleep A LOT. and then then whenever is he awake, he's devoting his time to him. And going to bed at a responsible time of course. Maybe just talk to him...

@usmcwife, yes!! He already preordered it too 😐 I'm really pissed off, I have 7 weeks left & we still need a lot of stuff but he would rather buy that stupid damn game. I already told him if it's more of a priority than me or his son I will throw his PS4 in a damn ditch... lol
