What can I do for my three month old? He is sneezing constantly and his nose is all congested. He's having a hard time breastfeeding.

humidifier and let him nap by it during the day. my daughter is the same and she does better when I keep her head slightly elevated ( by like a folded blanket under the sheet) and when I use that steam in the day. I don't do it at night because I don't want her all soaked and shivering by mistake, I think that would be counter productive.

buy a humidifier (: I kept mine on for my son and I during winter even when we weren't sick, those things really do wonders.
Buy a nose Freda & turn the shower on as hot as possible & sit with him on the toilet not in the water & let the steam loosen everything up, then use the nose Freda to suck everything out. It works way better than the bulbs.
