So my son is still stuck and just keeps sounding worse. And the last 2 days has been throwing up…

So my son is still stuck and just keeps sounding worse. And the last 2 days has been throwing up like phlegm...(if that's how you spell it). Should I just take him to the doctors now? I've been trying everything from sitting in the steam from the shower to nasal spray and suctioning. And putting Vicks on him. And have the humidifier. Idk what else to do. His breathing sounds funny from it
