So I pump every 3 hours. Yesterday I went 4 hours without pumping. It created a hard and bumpy area on my boob (which I'm guessing is a clot) this has happened before and it takes DAYS to correct and get rid of . I take hot showers, hot compress, pump longer , even hand squeeze my breast....this is no fun and pretty painful. Any way to fix this??? Other than the things I have done.
