Pain in the wrists at night and in the mornings it hurts so bad like I sprung both wrist asked my doctor about it she says it's common in pregnancy just put a wrist brace on it but like gosh this is annoying has this happened to any of you?

me, I got wrist splints that i m supposed to wear at night, but I just bought wrist wrap for dollar store... because those splints don't allow me to move my hands and have to take off when use the bathroom

It happens to my right wrist so I put on a brace and it helps

yea it hurts mine only hurts every now n then now but its a bitch lol nothing is going to help when u go to take a warm bath put your arms down by ur sides and relax your hands n arms it may help a little then put the splints on ur wrists. or use icy hot or something like it to stop pain n put the things on to keep pain down
