I dont spoil my baby but i do sooth and give all the love that my baby wants well i try most of the time. Theyre little for a short period of time and theyre gonna want us and want to be held for a short period of time so i take advantage of it. Thats my opinion. There is no such thing as spoiling your baby with to much love.

I agree! My niece is horribly spoiled to the point where she screams to the top of her lungs if she doesn't get her way and she'll be 1 Friday

I disagree on that our son Liam is not spoiled at all. He is a independent baby loves playing with his toys, while I wash dishes or wash clothes!!!

that's my point. my son plays by himself. he doesn't feel the need to constantly be held or catered to. I feel that that is because I refused to constantly hold him when he was little. I made him become independent. he is not spoiled for that reason. @aliciafuentes

What @jgarciamua said 🙂 at a certain age, it does shift to being spoiled; however, you can't spoil a baby/infant. No such thing.

They can become spoiled after a certain age, but not when they're a baby. You also cannot make a baby dependent, a toddler yes, but a baby no.

my son has always been independent. I mean of course he can't get his own bottle and such but as far as doing his own thing and wanting to be left to play on his own. @kbrown91

Here's the definition of being independent - he's not independent - he's just chilled about playing solo. Which is a good thing..
