Honestly when we left the hospital on our way home we went to steak n shake lol. Nobody bothered us. I also had a canopy on his car seat so no one could see or touch him. I had people ask to see him and I politely told them no. If you have to go out its no big deal but don't be scared to tell people no and/or don't touch.
I've waited 40 days with both of my kids. Mainly because they're newborns and I don't want them catching anything. And because I honestly didn't want people all over my babies at this small age.
I was taking my baby for walks around my neighborhood within the first week. I didn't take him into public till he was a month
I waited til after her first shots if I did take her out before she stayed in car or was covered
let the hernia fall off, check with your pediatrician, and my doctor told me 6wks
It's not so much about keeping your baby indoors. It's more about strangers getting in their face until they've had their shots. You should take your baby out just beware of whole getting close
I waited about a month maybe longer unless we had doctors or Lactation appointments
