Try drinking ice cold water or something sugary and laying on your left side. If baby starts moving, I think you're okay.

I've done that she hasn't moved since earlier today and even then it was just a slight movement it was nothing like how she normally does @nicipicky

I ended up not going on my back finally stopped hurting and baby started moving a lot @nicipicky
