I think it depends on your pill brand because i was told tp start them the sunday of your period. so if i started my period Tuesday your supose to tale it the sunday prior to that. maybe call the pharmacy consultant because every pill is different

I've been told a few different ways. You can start at any day (use backup for at least 7 days), you can start the first Sunday following the start of your period (also use back up for at least 7 days), or you can start the first day of your period. When I was on the pill the first couple of times I started the day I started my period. One time I tried starting the day I got the pack and my cycle was screwed up for months before I got on track
